Chief Advancement Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the philanthropic sector, Paul Secord is a visionary and entrepreneurial executive who has led fundraising teams at three universities and a major medical center. Paul is passionate about advancing the transformational power of philanthropy and creating a culture of giving that supports the mission and vision of Meals on Wheels Central Texas. He lives in Georgetown with his wife, two sons, two dogs and a cat (who thinks she's a dog).
Director of Development
Gissell Perez is the Director of Development for Meals on Wheels Central Texas. With experience in navigating the art of being a catalyst, developing meaningful connections, and identifying innovative solutions, she works with individuals to ensure they reach their philanthropic goals and desire to serve others. In her free time, Gissell enjoys working with collegians of her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, as an advisor, volunteering with the Junior League of Austin, and playing with her Yorkshire terrier, Ganso.
